Deutsche Börse Photography Prize
Since 1996, the Deutsche Börse Photography Prize has aimed to praise a modern-day photographer who has made the most considerable contribution to pictures in Europe each year.
The prize showcases new skills, highlights and promotes the great of contemporary images the world over and seeing that 2005 has rewarded the winner of the yearly prize £30,000.
This 12 months the 4 shortlisted artists for the Deutsche Börse Photography Prize 2013 are duo Adam Broomberg & Oliver Chanarin, Mishka Henner, Chris Killip and Cristina De Middel.
The UK Guardian these days launched a video inclusive of discussions with the shortlisted artists and a study their contribution to modern pictures.
